Elderflower is available all year round and is perfect for cocktails and cakes, and to add a touch of class to any presentation. We offer Elderflower in various sizes: Smalls contain a minimum of 25 flowers, Mediums contain a minimum of 50 flowers, Larges contain a minimum of 100 flowers, and Jumbo has 200 flowers. Please be aware that they are not whole flower heads. The flower heads are delicately harvested and split up to preserve the best parts for your gourmet creations.
